- Restart your browser try to login again.

If you are using the AOL Browser and are having difficulties logging in:
- Update to the latest AOL (version 9.6)

Take the following steps to clear your cache and cookies:
- Go to Safety->Settings
- From the list select Internet Properties
- Choose Select Footprints to Clear
- Make certain Cookies and Browser Cache are both checked
- Click the Clear Selected Footprints button
